Check which hall is printed on your ticket before anything else. The Dr. Phillips Center on South Magnolia Avenue is one campus with three main halls: a 2,700-seat Broadway house, an acoustic concert hall and a 294-seat theater. Parking, doors and house rules are shared.

Steinmetz Hall opened in January 2022 and was built for unamplified sound; its capacity shifts between roughly 1,600 and 1,740 with the stage setup. The center also runs a small club room, Judson's Live, with about 150 seats.
Parking and getting there
The center points drivers to two garages. The 77 E. Jackson Street garage costs $12 pre-paid or $15 on the day (clearance 6 ft 5 in). The City Commons garage at 460 Boone Avenue costs $13 pre-paid or $14 on the day (clearance 8 ft). Valet runs $26 pre-paid for standard and $29 on the day.
SunRail's Church Street stop at 99 W. South Street is a short walk, and several LYNX and LYMMO stops sit around the campus. Rideshare drop-off is the pull-off lane in front of the stage door at 155 E. Anderson Street.
Kids, late arrivals and what to wear
For families: everyone entering a theater needs a ticket, whatever their age, and children under 2 are not admitted unless the show is billed as child-friendly. There are no lap seats.
Latecomers are held until a suitable break in the performance. The grand lobby opens about 90 minutes before most Walt Disney Theater shows and the theater doors about 30 minutes before, so arriving 45 minutes early leaves time for the bag check. There is no dress code. You can take a drink to your seat but finish food in the lobby.
Box office or resale?
Start at the box office. The center sells at face value, and its terms say a ticket may not be resold for more than $1 over the original price and that tickets from unauthorized sources can be voided. A resale guarantee refunds you if a ticket fails at the door; it cannot get you into the show. Weigh that before buying resale here.
